This is a request for help with fundraising from Simon Dommett:

Hi as an ex rector of the Benefice, I am hoping you might be able to advertise this.

Many thanks and Best Wishes

Chris’s story

Since my mum was diagnosed with cancer just after the summer, I have been looking for a way to support the fight against cancer.  And in true Dommett style don’t take the easy route or work up to the challenge, nope going ahead with this insane challenge for 100km in 24 hours.

I need to raise a minimum of £600 but want to raise at least £1500. I will be taking on some of England’s finest scenery as a Walk, Jog, or a Run! We start at Eastbourne start, up Beachy Head, over the magnificent Seven Sisters, and along the famous South Downs Way National Trail with stunning views over the sea to a Brighton mid-point. Devil’s Dyke, welcome rest stops, a few ups & downs all lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after an 100km amazing journey.  I will get full support and hospitality from family and friends as well as the official organiser’s team. My dad Simon is even hoping to do part of the route with me over the weekend of 29th & 30th August.  I would really appreciate it if you could visit my just giving page below as every little or big counts.

Thanks for taking the time to read about my challenge and hope you will visit my JustGiving page. Christopher Dommett Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity.
