BENEFICE MISSION STATEMENT

The five Churches in the Benefice have agreed the following vision to inspire and guide us through the next five years, from 2026-30..

Be faithful in worship as a church family and aspire to be more dynamic, innovative and outgoing within our churches and communities, without losing our traditional values;
Make Safeguarding our priority in creating a safe environment for children, young people, vulnerable adults and all those in need of protection and support, by discussion, training and active recognition of need;
Move forward through fellowship, training, teaching and the development of pastoral care, making the best use of all the gifts and resources God has given us all;
Bring Christ’s reconciliation, blessings and message to every part of our existing and growing communities by the witness of our daily lives and the warmth of our support for others, especially those that are suffering, lonely or lost.
Be a warm, friendly, welcoming and inclusive Benefice of Churches for all individuals, all with a common purpose: growing our spiritual lives to walk together in the Light of Jesus
